Multi-storey car park St.Pölten

As part of the urban development project "Quartier Mitte," a parking garage with approximately 500 parking spaces is being constructed. Underground within the construction site of the parking garage runs the Traisen Combined Sewer, with a diameter of approximately 3 meters. In order to protect the sewer and simultaneously find an economical solution, we have designed and planned a combined shallow and deep foundation (bored piles). Due to the very short construction period (spring-autumn 2023), precast reinforced concrete elements will be used.
